Size guide
All measurements are of the garment, laid flat, in inches. Measuring the garment is unambiguous — how a size “fits” depends on how much room you like.

What our fits mean
- Relaxed
- Roomy through the chest and body, longer in the hem. Size down for a closer look.
- Regular
- Straight through the body with room to move. True to size.
- Athletic
- Tapered through the waist, cut for shoulders. True to size.
- Boxy
- Wide and short by design. Take your usual size; sizing up reads oversized.
How to measure
- 01Lay a garment you already like flat on a table, front up, with no creases.
- 02Measure across the chest one inch below the armhole, then double it.
- 03Measure length from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- 04Match those numbers to the chart above, and check the fit on the product page.
Common questions
How do I measure myself for a Bartus tee?
Lay a t-shirt you already like flat and measure it across the chest, one inch below the armhole, then double that number. Match it to the chest measurement in our tops chart. Measuring a garment you own is more reliable than measuring your body.
Are Bartus sizes true to size?
Regular and Athletic fits are true to size. Relaxed runs roomy through the body — size down if you prefer a closer fit. Boxy is short and wide by design; take your usual size.
What is between two sizes?
Size up for Relaxed and Boxy fits, size down for Athletic. Every product page lists its fit in the specification block.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery, with the item unworn and tags attached. Exchange fees and reverse shipping are set out on our returns page.
