How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is issued as a Gift Card (Store Credit) — no waiting on bank timelines. You can use it on your next order, valid for 180 days.
Refunds are processed only after we've received and verified the original item. Cash or card refunds are not available.
