Returns & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is issued as a Gift Card (Store Credit) — no waiting on bank timelines. You can use it on your next order, valid for 180 days.

1. Open the order from your account within 3 days of delivery.
2. Choose Request a return, pick the items and a reason.
3. We confirm by email and arrange the pickup. Keep the tags on and the item unworn.
4. Once received and checked, the store credit lands in your account, minus reverse shipping.

You can cancel from your order page any time before the parcel is packed. Prepaid amounts go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Once packed, use a return instead.
