5. Returns & Refund

- Refunds are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), not as cash or card reversals.
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns — size exchanges only.
Refunds are processed only after Bartus has received and verified the returned item.
